How to Merge New Premises

HOW TO MERGE NEW PREMISES

 

Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE.  Internet Explorer will not be supported by Microsoft after January 1st, 2021.

 

For instructions on how to review new premises, please see the article “How to Review New Premises.”


Step 1: Click on the "Premises" icon located in the top blue bar. 


Step 2: Premises created by contractors that are awaiting your review will be shaded in blue. Click on the bolded premises address to review it.  

Step 3: To merge a new premises to an existing premises, begin to type in the address and it will populate.


Step 4: Click on the radio button to select the premises you wish to merge with. It will turn blue upon selection.


Step 5: Once you have selected the premises you wish to merge, scroll down and click on “Merge.”

Step 6: You will be taken to the final screen where you can select a combination of information from each premises to appear as one. For example, “123 NORTH MAIN STREET” is the selected address for the premises, not “123 N MAIN ST.” The information under “Premises Result” is what has been selected and will be shown for the premises.

Step 7: Once you have chosen the correct information, click “Submit” to officially merge the two premises. 


Note: If existing premises need to be merged, please reach out to BRYCER to merge them.
