How to Review New Premises


HOW TO REVIEW NEW PREMISES

Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE. 

From your home screen, click on the “Premises” icon. You can also access the Premises page by clicking directly on the message stating, "There are 11 premises to review." Both ways will take you to the same screen.



Premises created by contractors that are awaiting your review will be shaded in blue.  



To review a new premises, click on it.  You will see all the information that has been entered about this premises, and have the ability to edit any of it if you see that something is incorrect.


You can preview this report before it is accepted, merged or rejected by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page.




If this premises is already in TCE, you can merge this new one and the existing one by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on “Merge.”  This will prevent the creation of a duplicate account for this premises.



If this premises is not in your jurisdiction, click on “Reject.”



If you want to accept this address as a new premise, click on "Accept"
