How to Review New Premises


HOW TO REVIEW NEW PREMISES

Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE. 

From your home screen, click on the “Premises” icon. You can also access the Premises page by clicking directly on the message stating, "There are 11 premises to review." Both ways will take you to the same screen.



Premises created by contractors that are awaiting your review will be shaded in blue.  



To review a new premises, click on it.  You will see all the information that has been entered about this premises, and have the ability to edit any of it if you see that something is incorrect.

Below the contact information, you will see “Find Similar Premises.”  Type in the address to ensure that this premises is not already in TCE.  


If this premises is already in TCE, you can merge this new one and the existing one by pressing the radio button under the "Select" column and then scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on “Merge.”  This will prevent the creation of a duplicate account for this premises.



If this premises is not in your jurisdiction, click on “Reject.”



If a contractor created this premises because they needed to submit  a report for it but couldn’t find it in TCE, you can preview that report.


Once you have verified that this premises’ information is correct and it is not a duplicate, click “Accept.”
