How to Make a Premise Inactive

HOW TO MAKE A PREMISE INACTIVE

Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE. 

Reasons to mark premises inactive – premises knocked down; premises are moved out of AHJ boundary now.


Step 1: Click on the “Premises” icon located in the top blue bar. 



 Step 2: Type the address into the address box to locate the premises you wish to mark “inactive.” Once the address populates, click on the bolded address



Step 3: Click the  icon on the top right hand corner of the premise page. 


Step 4: In the “Status” row, there is a drop down that allows for you to choose whether the premises is “active” or “inactive.” In this case, you are making it inactive, so select “inactive.”


Step 5: To save this change to TCE, either click the  icon on the top of the page, or scroll all the way to the bottom and click "update"
