How to Update Contact Information on Premises

HOW TO UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION ON PREMISES

NOTE: To Update your own AHJ Information, you must call TCE.


Step 1: Click on the “Premises” icon located in the top blue bar. 


Step 2:  Type the address into the address box to locate the premises you wish to update the contact information for. Once the address populates, click on the bolded address.



Step 3: On the Show Premises page, scroll down the page and look for the "Contacts" row. 



Step 4: Hover over the contact name and it will turn blue indicating that you can click on it:


Step 5: After you have clicked on the contact name, you can select "Edit" to update the contact information or "Delete" to completely remove the contact from the premises.
