Assigning Deficiencies

ASSIGNING DEFICIENCIES

Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE. 

 

Step 1: Click on the “Deficient Review” icon located in the top row.


Step 2: Click on the RED deficiency number listed under the “Deficiencies” column.



Step 3: Upon clicking on the deficiency number, this box will populate and allow for you to assign the deficiency to someone specific within your AHJ by selecting the drop down arrow next to "Unassigned."


Step 4: Click on “Save” and the new assignee will receive an email telling them they have been assigned a deficiency to review.
