Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE.

For instructions on how to close out open deficiencies, please see the article “Deficiency Tracking: How to Close Out Deficiencies.”

Step 1: From your home screen, click on the “Deficiency Tracking” icon.

Step 2: Premises shaded in blue have deficiencies that contractors have marked as compliant.  Click on the plus sign (+) to the left of the address to see the systems with deficiencies.

Step 3: Click on the plus sign next to the system type to see the deficiencies that have been marked compliant by the contractor.

Step 4:
  1. This is the date of the original inspection during which these deficiencies were found and the company that performed the inspection.
  2. This is the deficiency as the contractor reported it.
  3. This is the date on which the deficiency was repaired.

Step 5: If the contractor included an attachment as proof of the deficiency was repaired, you can view the attachment by clicking on it where it appears in bold.

Step 6: To accept that these deficiencies have been repaired or corrected, click on “Close and Mark All Compliant." If only one deficiency is corrected, mark it compliant and leave the other deficiency open by clicking, "Save."

Select "Cancel" if you wish to disregard this task.

Step 7: Confirmation will then appear acknowledging that the deficiency corrections have been submitted.
