HOW TO REVIEW COMPLIANT REPORTS

Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE.  Internet Explorer will not be supported by Microsoft after January 1st, 2021.

Step 1: Click on the "Compliant" icon located in the top row. If there is a number in the top right corner of the icon, that is the number of compliant reports awaiting approval.

Step 2: If you want to open a report to look it over before marking it as reviewed, click on the bolded RN (Report Number) located on the left side of screen. If you do not wish to look over the report, simply check the “Reviewed” check box in the last column and then click the check button in the top right corner of the page to submit.

Step 3: Upon clicking on the bolded RN number, inspection report details will be shown:

Step 4: If the report is a “short” form, you can view the attachment by clicking on it where it appears in bold.

Step 5: After reviewing the compliant report, there are 4 options to choose from: Edit, Reject, PDF, or Mark as reviewed.

A = Clicking on “Edit” will allow you to add a comment.

B = If a report contains incorrect or insufficient information, click on “Reject.” You will be prompted to provide the reason for rejecting the report, which will be sent back to the contractor who submitted it.

C = To create a PDF copy of the report, click “PDF.”

D = To accept the report, click “Mark as reviewed.”
